The Codex Fejervary-Mayer - index
This is a view of a temple from the top.
It depicts the life of Tezcatlipocha He is shown in the center of the picture holding a bundle of three arrows- a trident. He has a striped face.
He was born from the tree in the south- to the left. Look at the cleft in the tree and compare it with the cleft in the birth picture Compare the head of the tree in the birth picture with the star in the pot in this picture. Notice the weapons attacking the head/fallen star/fallen goddess in each picture. Or are Tezcatlipocha's legs sticking out of the pot? One appears to be missing a foot. The leg with the foot looks like a spear chucker. Compare this to the spear with which Tezcatlipocha is piercing his ear
The top section is red. According to Cottie Burland, red is the color of Tezcatlipocha in the West. Venus is in the top section, rising above/seated upon a talud-tablero temple. She is the eight pointed star.
The hero is shown as a rushing comet, coming out of the eastern sky, at the bottom. One of the goddesses is wearing the throne/talud tablero nose pendent. She is probably Venus as the morning star.
Tezcatlipocha is shown crashing into the earth to the south/left. You can see his legs sticking out of the pot. One has a foot; the other doesn't. The olive/eye between his legs indicates that he was a star. Or, maybe, he is rushing to the center of the picture to bash into the hero and knock him into his death in world tree at the right.
The world tree is shown to the right, growing out of the jaws of the earth monster
